Windows 8, virus, e casini cari

Ciao a tutti popolo di TLI!

Allora; mia cugina mi ha dato da sistemare il suo portatile con windows 8

Situazione: non aveva nessun antivirus, in compenso era piena di falsi antivirus, falsi programmi per la pulizia del pc, ecc. ecc. la situazione potete immaginarla: lentissimo, pagine e finte scansioni che si aprono di continuo, ecc. ecc.

Ho scaricato l'armamentario da un altro pc, installato, e iniziato a tentare di demolire i vari problemi

Per ora:

-ho dato una passata con ccleaner
-ho installato e aggiornato avast antivirus
-ho fatto una scansione con hitman pro, ed eliminato i vari problemi che ha trovato

Ecco che è sorto il primo problema: il windows 8 di mia cugina era impostato in modo di essere simile a windows 7; ovvero, all'avvio non c'era la famosa schermata start con i vari pulsanti, ma partiva automaticamente il desktop. Inoltre c'era il pulsante start in basso a sinistra come in tutte le versioni di windows, similmente a windows 7. Non so perché, ma dopo la pulizia (sono rimasti un po' di programmi schifezza tra l'altro, è la prima volta che hitman ne lascia qualcuno!) windows 8 è tornato a essere "completamente windows 8". All'avvio parte quella stupida schermata con i pulsanti, e per entrare nel desktop devo cliccare sul bottone "dekstop", e in basso a sinistra non c'è più il pulsante start. Come faccio a farlo tornare come prima??

Nel caso avessi altri problemi con la pulizia vi scrivo qui!

Per il tasto Start (ma non solo) dovresti passare a Windows 8.1.

Grazie per fortuna è ritornato tutto a posto, tasto start compreso, quando ho riavviato il pc. Mi ha fatto lo stesso scherzo quando malwarebytes ha dovuto riavviare per eliminare alcune cose


Forse avrò bisogno del vostro aiuto per rimuovere alcune cose; c'è un programma che non capisco se sia malevolo o no ("Lo sai che hai il backup gratuito del tuo pc?" o frasi simili, all'avvio del computer), e che né malwarebytes né hitman pro hanno eliminato

Malwarebytes ha trovato qualcosa come 2600 e passa elementi infetti

Adesso procedo con lo scan di avast, e quindi di kaspersky virus removal tool

Grazie mille crazy, eseguo e riposto il nuovo log di hijackthis (avast ha completato lo scan e non ha trovato nulla, kaspersky l'ho annullato perché c'era scritto che avrebbe finito il 9 ore O.O)

Ti ringrazio anche per il link consigliato purtroppo di solito non posso mettere le protezioni che vorrei, perché il pc non è mio e in genere gli utenti quando gli propongo i vari programmi spiegandogli come funzionano ecc. non gradiscono e non vogliono alcuni programmi, come per esempio Comodo con relativo HIPS.
