AVG aggiornamento non riuscito

salve,ho un problema con AVG da qualche giorno,appena finisco di fare l'aggiornamento ,mi dice "aggiornamento non riuscito,errore generale"......qualcuno mi può aiutare?grazie

non riesco neanche a disintsallarlo,mi dice impossibile disinstallare anche con avgremove....

qualcuno mi può aiutare? l'ho disinstallato con removeavg,nel pannelo di controllo non c'è fatto anche in modalità provvisoria,ma è rrimasta l'icona sulla barra delle applicazioni,adesso ho installato avira....ma mi sa che è ancora rimasto avg....

Se è quella controlla nei servizi e nei processi in esecuzione automatica se trovi qualcosa di avg e disattivalo.
Nel log ci sono un paio di errori.

ok crazy.cat.ho tolto l'icona giù nella barra degli strumenti in blu,ma ieri quando ho provato ad reinstallare AVG mi ha dato un errore con dicitura,errore di avg di installazione,"impossibile accdere al servizio windows installer.il problema può verificarsi se si esegue windows in modalità provvisoria oppure se windows installer non è installato correttamente.contattare l'assistenza tecnica.

ok ora provo cmq da quello che vedo in pannello di controllo,e tolto dai processi di esecuzione dovrebbe essere disinstallato,ho usato di tutto il remove toools 2014 32 bit....e come dicevo adesso ho avira...cosa dovrei controllare per vedere se completaamente cancellato? ho usato anche cleaner ....oramai lascio avira....

Non so di quanta RAM disponga quel computer ma se volevi "ucciderlo", la scelta di installare AVIRA è certamente tra le migliori (da annoverare tra le migliori, ma per altre ragioni, AVG).

L'unico antivirus (serio) che gira bene su un computer come il tuo (Windows XP - con poca RAM disponibile) è BITDEFENDER FREE.

P.S.: un altro suggerimento; disinstalla l'intero pacchetto Windows Live Messenger, è stato dismesso da tempo, quindi è inutile (occupa spazio, apre servizi, ecc.).

incredibile,non mi fa neanche disinstallare windows live essential mi dice errore sconosciuto,ma che ho in questo pc,non riesco a disinstallare nulla?mi dice lo stesso errore il problema può verificarsi se si esegue windows in modalità provvisoria oppure se windows installer non è installato correttamente.contattare l'assistenza tecnica.

riavvia il pc e poi riprova a disinstallare quello che non ti serve.

gli aggiornamenti abbassali al minimo possibile come tempo. Devono essere il più possibile frequenti.

Da precisare che, nella versione FREE (NOTA), di default gli aggiornamenti sono impostati "OGNI 6 ORE" (non modificabile); per aumentare la frequenza di aggiornamento è necessario creare manualmente JOB AGGIORNAMENTO.

(NOTA): nella versione a pagamento l'impostazione di default è "OGNI 2 ORE".
