scans con windows defender offline...

salve
non mi parte la scans con windows defender nella opz.:offline
...io accetto il pop up che mi avverte che il pc verrà riavviato
...pare per un secondo che si riavvii ma poi nulla...
ho scritto nella community ma ho avuto solo il suggerimento
di fare una deep scan per virus che ho fatto sia con lo strumento di windows
sia con malwarebytes...ma non mi hanno trovato niente..

se può essere utile in reg eventi trovo:
Microsoft Defender Antivirus ha scaricato e configurato Antivirus Microsoft Defender (scansione offline) per eseguirlo al prossimo riavvio.

ma quando riavvio non la fa....e poi dovrebbe riavviarsi da se il pc...

Mai riuscito ad usarlo defender offline, anzi forse avviato solo una volta e sembrato inutile, meglio kaspersky rescue disk

non mi sembra la scansione di msert.
Il file si chiama msert.log

nella cartella debug c'e' solo una cartella:WIA e dentro c'e' WIAtrace.log
che è il log che ho postato qui nel mio precedente post

Sulla scansione offline trovi più informazioni qui (Defender deve essere antivirus primario, WinRE deve essere abilitato, etc.).
Il log postato si riferisce a wiaservc.dll che, da quel che ho letto online, non è strettamente pertinente alla scansione di Defender.

MSERT e la scansione offline di Defender sono due strumenti differenti; crazy.cat ha indicato la cartella per il log di MSERT, mentre quello della scansione offline dovrebbe essere (non ho provato) nella sezione Windows Security o consultabile nel visualizzatore eventi.

la cosa strana è che mentre la faceva e la linea verde avanzava
ho visto che è arrivata a trovarmi 3 files infetti...ma poi alla fine mi dice zero virus
è normale?

ma io ho sempre un poco di paura a mettere mano alle partizioni del mio pc....

voi lo avete attivato?
eppoi questa defender scan offline è davvero affidabile..??
l'avete mai effettivamente provata?
o è come il win defender normale che non trova mai niente se non ,ogni tanto, qualche falso positivo che mi tocca abilitare nel dispositivo?

già che ci siamo avreste mica un antivirus con cui sostituire il windows defender,che però sia free ed abbia la protezione on-line
perchè malwarebytes lo trovo ottimo ma nella vers free non offre la protezione on-line...bisogna acquistare la premium
...temo che con tale protezione e free ci sia rimasto solo il windows defender... :(
