SecUP is made up of a number of components, including a vulnerability detector, exploit opportunity analyzer and a risk database, in addition to the scanner app, the paper said.

Teoricamente, questo non dovrebbe verificarsi su un device NO ROOT .... ma, a quanto pare, non è cosi (insomma, da quel che ho capito, si verifica un comportamento del tutto simile a quando, in Windows, un virus riesce a "scalare" i privilegi amministrativi utente).
